First Time Visiting JenteelNature Health?

What to Expect

If you have never had a medical visit with a Naturopathic Doctor (ND), you are in for a pleasant surprise!   The first visit is much longer than your typical PCP visit.  Most patients are appreciative of this,  because this is probably the first time they have been able to get this level of focus and depth with a physician.

HEALTH OPTIMIZATION BUNDLE

  • During your first visit, we will complete a thorough intake and medical history.  In the 60 minutes that we are together, we will decide whether you need laboratory exams to complete our diagnosis and treatment.

  • Your second visit will last anywhere from 30-45 minutes depending on whether labs were completed.  If labs were completed, you will have a thorough explanation of what your lab results mean and how we will treat any nutrient deficiencies.  In this visit, we will answer any questions you may have and help you choose options for treatment.  By the end of this visit, we will provide you with a treatment plan that contains details of what was discussed and description of the treatments we have agreed upon.

FOLLOW UP VISITS
True health involves a comprehensive plan that includes diet, lifestyle and nutritional supplementation. For chronic issues, expect a minimum of 6 visits to get on the right track. Most patients see improvement before this, but commitment is necessary to maintain these changes. Often times packages are a most cost effective option to long term care.

WOMEN’S HEALTH PACKAGES (6 month commitment):
Please inquire about the following condition-focused packages. These packages encompass strict protocols and require an upfront time commitment for more successful outcomes.

The “Fertile Ground” package is for the woman who wishes to make the necessary diet and lifestyle changes to support a successful pregnancy. This package includes a FULL hormonal assessment along with preconception supplement protocol.

The “Hormone Balancing Act” package is designed for the woman suffering from long-standing hormonal issues including fibroids, PCOS, PMS/PMDD, and irregular menses. This package includes a FULL hormonal assessment along with a hormonal balancing supplement protocol.

LATE CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS
A LATE cancellation is when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 HOURS before the appointed time. A NO-SHOW is when a patient/client misses an appointment without cancelling.

If you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours, the total visit fee will automatically be processed.

What About Insurance?

WHAT ABOUT INSURANCE?

Can I use FSA, HSA or insurance?
We strive to make integrative care accessible by accepting at Husky Medicaid at JenteelNature Health.

We are OUT OF NETWORK with ALL other insurance plans.

REIMBURSEMENT

We do not directly bill your insurance company. We can provide you with a superbill, a detailed invoice that lists all the services you've received to submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement. Additionally, many of our services are eligible for payment through FSA/HSA (Health Savings Account) funds, providing a flexible payment option for you. Typically, reimbursement from insurance companies covers a significant portion of the cost of care as out-of-network providers; this usually also includes all of your basic lab coverage.

As a recommendation, Reimbursify, is an app that allows you to easily submit and track insurance claims without the hassle of paper forms and long hold times with your Insurance company.
