Founder & CEO
Dr. Pierre is a Naturopathic Physician and Public Health Consultant. Dr. Pierre's specialities include women’s health (hormonal imbalance, thyroid disease, menopause), infertility, SIBO, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, diabetes, obesity, clinical nutrition, autoimmune diseases, stress and anxiety disorders, natural hair/skin care. She is also a registered yoga instructor (RYT) and mindfulness instructor.
Dr. Pierre and JenteelNature Health were selected for prestigious business cohorts including Goldman Sachs OMBW Black in Business Accelerator and Duke Integrative Medicine Leadership Program in Health & Well-Being. She has also completed business certifications in Cornell University Women’s Entrepreneurship, Liberty Bank Academy for Small Business and the City of New Haven DNA of an Entrepreneur programs.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Arthur W. Thomas III is JenteelNature Health's Chief Operating Officer and main Business Advisor.
Mr. Thomas is the Director of Mission Investments and Entrepreneurial Ecosystems at The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven. He leads the NHE3 initiative, a public-private partnership focused on building an equitable entrepreneurial ecosystem in New Haven.
Mr. Thomas earned a bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University. After working in finance, he transitioned to investing in real estate and community development. In partnership with the City of Newark, Mr. Thomas focused on rehabilitating residential areas by constructing new multi family residences. Afterwards, he obtained a master's degree from Yale Divinity School, enhancing his ability to evaluate community empowerment programs and build partnerships to reduce socioeconomic inequities.
He is involved in various organizations, including CTNext, Community Health Network, and the Glendower Group CDC. Additionally, Mr. Thomas founded his consultancy, Integrity Solutions Group and a 501(c)(3) Divine Grace Foundation, which aims to empower marginalized residents with educational resources, entrepreneurial support, financial literacy, healthcare, and workforce development skills. He and his wife, Dr. Jennifer Pierre Thomas, are active board members and are expanding these initiatives into Haiti and Nairobi.
